Accomplished!

Remember about 6 weeks ago when I set some birthday goals for myself? Well, Sunday is my birthday and I’m super proud to report that I have accomplished 2 out of 3 of those goals!! :)

The goals were:

1) Bike 100 miles by my birthday
2) Workout at least 3x’s a week
3) Hit onederland

I have faithfully worked out 3-5 times a week over the 6 weeks! Which means I now have $60 in a ‘Fun Fund’!!

But the goal I am most excited to say I accomplished is:

I biked 100 miles!!!!!

I feel crazy awesome about accomplishing this goal! Not going to lie I was a little worried when there was a week where I couldn’t do much biking because of rain. But, today I finished my last 4 miles for a total of 100!

Accomplishing this goal means I can order a copy of Roni’s cookbook, Green Lite Bites!! I’m excited to get my copy!

Here are a few pictures from today’s epically awesome ride!

After I hit 100 miles!

I was feeling pretty bad ass! :)

The only goal I didn’t accomplish was hitting onederland. I reached out on Facebook and a few people suggested I amp up my resistance training. So, I’m going to be putting that into motion after my birthday weekend!

Speaking of my birthday weekend, I’m pretty stoked about it! Tonight I’m doing dinner with B-Fry and his parents. Tomorrow I’m hanging out with my sister and mom all day. Then tomorrow night we’re going out on the town to have a few drinks and do some dancing! :) And on Sunday, B-Fry and I are going away for the night to Galena, IL. We’re staying at a nice inn with a lake, beach, and pool. And I have heard Galena is a super cute town. So I’m excited to get away for a night!

Oh and if you’re still shopping for my birthday present, I’m needing an iPad! I’m also needing kettlebells, a wedding photographer under $1000, and some new clothes cause a girl can never have enough of those! :)

What’s going on in your world this weekend?
